Temperature Control, Inc. A/C-Heating & Plumbing - Tucson, AZ

Temperature Control runs HVAC services out of Tucson, Arizona. Based at 215 West Lester Street, they deal with air conditioning and heating systems for local homes and nearby spots like Oro Valley. Their work covers the hot desert conditions where cooling equipment takes a beating from the sun and dust. The crew handles installations, fixes, and regular checkups to keep things working through the long summers and cooler nights. The company also manages plumbing and electrical tasks that come up with HVAC jobs. They serve places like Benson and Catalina too. In Tucson the dry heat and monsoon seasons mean AC units get heavy use and need solid maintenance to avoid breakdowns when it matters most.

Homeowners around Tucson call on these techs for full HVAC repair and replacement when systems fail during peak heat or when older units struggle with the constant load. They come out for tune ups that catch leaks or worn parts before a full shutdown hits, and they handle new installs that match the home size and local weather demands. Work often includes duct checks and electrical ties for the units plus any plumbing lines that feed into cooling setups. The crew shows up with the right tools for desert dust and high temps, gets the job done without extra trips, and leaves the system running steady for the next stretch of hot days.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real Tucson conditions with fair pricing that does not add surprise costs and clear updates on what needs fixing. Speed shows in how fast they respond to no cool calls while quality comes from fixes that last through the seasons without callbacks. Communication stays straight so owners know the plan and price upfront. DIRT Score 4.87 from 2232 reviews on Finds.

“Kudos to Marc Flaherty, he did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable. He installed my new water heater all by himself in under 2 hours and gave me all the proper instructions on how to use it.”

“After more than 8-12 quotes over the course of more than a week, I chose Temperature Control as the company to business with. Alan's knowledge and people skills are second to none.. Alan from Temperature Control was my first call, and the only one id do business with. We are doing a full swamp to AC conversion for my grandma, Alan went out of his way to accommodate us fully! He even met us at a post hospital facility to finish the paperwork so she can have a cool house when she gets out! Are they the cheapest NO but they gave me a fantastic APR compared to what expected. I was truly worried if we can get this done and they exceeded my expectations to this point. We excited about the upgrade. Sure I got lower quotes, but the included benefits, maintenence, warranties, discounts, and qualit”

“We had a wonderful experience with Temperature Control. Jeff came out to give us a detailed estimate for a new A/C unit, he explained the process to us, and we felt very comfortable with the Jeff and decided to go with Temp Control. When the installers for the unit arrived they were very respectful, installed the unit in a timely matter and cleaned up after themselves. We opted to get the ducts cleaned also, Julian cleaned the ducts and checked to make sure are ducts were working properly so we have optimal A/C usage. The entire process was easy and everyone that came was respectful and courteous. We appreciate the wonderful work and we are looking forward to haveing a cool house this summer.”

“Jeremy, Robert, Claudio, and the guys are awesome, very knowledgeable and professional, they did a great job with my new ac, before our new ac got put in our old ac shut down 4 days prior to our install date, Jeremy came out and got us running until our new one was installed. We are temp con customers forever... just dont ever sale to private equity.... great prices no bs. Thank you guys.”

“So far I am very impressed with this company. I have received estimates from 5 companies to have my A/C replaced and their estimate provided much more detail and options than any others. Jeff explained everything in great detail. Their prices are very good in comparison to what others offer particularly when you compare what they provide. I have decided to have them replace my A/C unit and will follow up with another review once it is done. Update:Robert and Ryan installed my HVAC unit on March 16th in about 3 1/2 hours. They were both extremely polite, efficient, cleaned up everything AS they were doing the job! (they also added a new return). The unit is so quiet and seems to be working very well as it cools the house quickly. I am so pleased! Dean came to expect the work today. ”

“We have a service plan with Temperature Control and we had our Spring maintenance done today. Jeremy was the technician who came and was extremely personable and informative. He showed me photos of what was going on with the capacitor and he explained why he needed to replace it, but because we have the service plan, we got a discount on it. He didn't expect me to just take his word for it, he took photos so I could see that he wasn't just trying to sell me a product. He also showed me how to take care of unit in between their visits. I highly recommend the Temperature Control service plan.”

“Johnathan came out for a general maintenance call, very professional great company. He ran into so minor issues and had Jeremy come out to help. Between the 2 of them they found the issue executed it professionally and efficiently. 10/10 company would recommend and will definitely use again.”

“Set up an appointment at midnight after struggling to self-diagnose warm air blowing out our A/C unit for a couple hours. Received a call promptly at 7 the following morning to confirm the appointment and Isailan showed up a couple hours later. He diagnosed our problem (faulty capacitor) within 10 minutes and had it replaced within 20. He then ran some water through our condensation line and showed me how to clean it myself as routine maintenance. I would rate TEN stars if I could - as you truly can't put a value on A/C in the middle of an Arizona summer. Thank you so much Temperature Control and Isailan!”

“It was an All Star line up. Charles found the problem with my old AC. Jeremy educated me as to the best choice for my new AC. Robert and Ryan did a fantastic job with the installation. Everyone was incredibly professional, competent and polite. I'm very pleased with your company and highly recommend Temperature Control to anyone in the market for a new AC.”

“My husband and I have had a great experience with all the team members at Temperature Control. Techs Jesus and Dean. Product professional Isailain (Izzy). And then our installers Robert, Ryan, Claudio, and Eddie. All team members are knowledgeable and professional. And I can't forget Laura in the office.”
