“I called Ultra Air as our AC wasn’t working and we had originally purchased it from them and have had it serviced every year with them. The receptionist asked me if we had changed the filter. I told her yes and that we checked all of the obvious things. I also let her know that the compressor was dead but we already checked the power. They sent a service tech that asked when we changed the filter. He spent 2 minutes looking at the compressor and then said that another technician had to come out. They sent another technician and he told us we had an awful system. When I told him we bought it from them he asked if I have proof that we’ve had it serviced through them. “Omar was fabulous as he did our annual inspection, he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He taped some things for us, changed our filter. Explained to us which filters we should be buying and alerted us of an upcoming maintenance issue. That’s not covered by our contract. He was polite, personable, and very thorough.
