“Today we had a new service tech named Joe Gabriel show up instead of our regular tech Roy Lizarraga. Joe told me he was our new service tech because Roy had retired. When I brought out the new replacement filters for our roof top units he shook his head in disgust and asked my why I chose to purchase those filters when there were better ones on the market. I told Joe that Roy had always recommended that I purchase those specific types of filters. When I asked him what he would recommend he walked away from me without answering and went to the back of the van in visible disgust. When my husband approached Joe to ask him why he was being indignant and not answering my question Joe told my husband to back off because he was too close to him. My husband was standing at least three feet away f”

He found a blown fuse., and after checking the coolant levels, had the unit working properly.
