“I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company. I had an air conditioning unit installed approximately three to four years ago, and from the beginning, it has been nothing but problems. I repeatedly called for repairs because the unit never seemed to function properly. Despite being told that parts and repairs were covered under warranty, I was charged on multiple service visits. Over the years, technicians have come out numerous times to add refrigerant (Freon), yet the underlying issue was never properly addressed. Eventually, I hired a different HVAC technician who discovered that a refrigerant line issue had not been corrected during the original installation. He repaired it for $150. Most recently, I noticed a burning smell coming from the unit and called for service. The technician assured me everything was fine and simply added more refrigerant. To make matters worse, after completing the service, he forgot to reinstall the air filter. As a result, the system operated for an entire month without a filter in place. After years of ongoing issues, repeated service calls, additional expenses, and poor workmanship, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I have lost confidence in this company and will not be using their services again.”

“Mike has been out to my place multiple times for a chronic AC issue. Replaced a faulty outdoor unit and that followed with several days of problems unrelated to the new unit. Mike came out as quick as possible and handled each issue until he finally resolved the problem.....even then he told me to keep him posted. He was always leaving me updates each visit. Just let me say he went above and beyond every time to make sure things were fixed. Incredible service before and after the sale”
