“Coy Dodd Air Conditioning came to my Townhome because we were sweltering with an air conditioner that went out. They were quickly here and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The part they needed had to wait a couple of days in order, so they charged my unit to make sure my FAMILY would stay cool until the repair could happen. On Friday our technicians showed up prompt and on time. The technicians were Eric and Raul. They immediately crawled up in our boiling hot attic and went to work. In no time they replaced and repaired the bad coil. Both were well dressed, well spoken and incredibly professional. They were affable, friendly and it felt like talking to old friends. While they were purging and charging the outside compressor, we laughed and talked about our common interest. Both Eric and Raul are clearly the top of the line when it comes to professionalism and their abilities to socially interact with customers. I will NEVER use any other company to work on my HVAC.
