“My AC stopped cooling. They fixed it in June of 2024. Worked for about 3 months. Same problem. It was AC capacitor. I opened the AC, the capacitor they placed in my unit had manufacturer date of 04/2019. They placed an old part in my AC unit. This time I fixed it myself and saved 250$. Got one from Amazon for 25$. Replaced it myself in 10 minutes. My AC is running great again. I feel cheated. It’s messed up to use old parts. I don’t recommend them.”
