HVAC Contractor · Tyler, TX
About
Roger L Frazier handles HVAC work out of Tyler Texas and keeps homes comfortable through the long hot summers and occasional cold snaps that hit east Texas. The crew focuses on residential heating and cooling systems with straightforward repairs and installations that match what local houses need. Years in the trade have taught them how humidity and dust from the piney woods area wear down units faster than in drier climates so they show up ready for those common breakdowns that leave families sweating in August.
They handle full air conditioner replacements when old units fail during peak heat along with routine tune ups that catch refrigerant leaks or dirty coils before they turn into bigger problems. Furnace checks and duct cleaning come up in winter months while thermostat upgrades and emergency service calls keep things running when a compressor quits on a weekend. Homeowners in Tyler often deal with pollen clogging filters so the team explains filter changes in plain terms and works on the roof or in attics without dragging the job out longer than needed.
Customers note solid response times when units break in the worst weather and fair pricing that avoids surprise add ons. Quality shows up in fixes that hold through the next season rather than quick patches and communication stays direct about what parts cost and how long the work takes. The mixed feedback on scheduling points to busy periods but the overall record reflects reliable HVAC service that fits Tyler homes. DIRT Score 4.32 from 35 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Couldn't get scheduled for an eye exam until August and refused to sell me a couple of contacts so I could get through until August. I found another Dr. Was with them for several years and loved them. Seems when they moved into the new office awhile back they are only interested in the more prestigious clients. Dr Frazer, you're awesome, but your staff could learn somethings about people.”
“I just want to say this if you’re looking for a new eye doctor please go see Dr.Frazier. He explained everything to me very well and was so patient and kind. It took a little bit to figure out which contacts were best for me because of my astigmatism, but he didn’t get frustrated or leave me hanging he figured it out. I also would like to add that his assistant Kim is Wonderful. She was so friendly I was very nervous coming in and she calmed me down. He is hands down the best eye doctor I have seen in a long time! I will make sure and refer everyone I know to Dr.Frazier. A friendly attitude goes along way with a patient especially ones that have anxiety and I felt very comfortable this time around with this eye doctor! Thank you so much Kim and Dr. Frazier!! Kimberly Blanton Werner”
“I took my 4 year old son to see Dr Frazier. He and his staff were so patient and good with him. The wait time was really short. The office is neat and clean. The check in and out process is smooth. The prices were reasonable and he was fitted with his glasses that look great on him! We will be back for sure!”
“Dr. Frazier is outstanding. I have been seeing him for a few years now and he is terrific and easy to talk to. But ever since he moved from Jacksonville to Tyler it's very hard to get an appointment with him, I called and one of the staff answers and I told her I'm trying to make an appointment then she puts me on hold so I have to leave a message.... how rude!!”
“Great doctor and staff is nice. They don’t always run your insurance initially when you buy contacts or glasses so don’t be shocked if the price tag is more than what it originally was said to be when you go to pick it up. Has happened multiple times for me. I probably will just take my prescription elsewhere after I get my yearly eye exam from now on.”
