UPDATE 4/21/2026: Rose City Air reached out to discuss the issue described below and offered to provide a new estimate for the necessary repairs. Their team came out, reassessed the situation, and determined that the parts were still covered under warranty. As a result, they only charged for labor and refrigerant. This level of service exceeded what other big name local companies had offered, ultimately saving me over $2,000. Now I wish I had called them when I had my complete A/C unit replaced 2 years ago. Sent online inquiry to get a bid for Evap Coil replaced. Autumn called to on 4/9/26 at 3:04 pm set up a technician to come and evaluate on 4/10 between 10 and 12. So the next day, I sat for 2 hours and no one ever showed up. I called to see what happened and was told that the dispatch never was completed and therefore no tech was ever scheduled. Very disappointed that I wasted 2+ hours of my day. I've used Rose City Air before at my main residence and was pleased....”
