“Edgar was professional and all about doing his best work! I was absolutely pleased! Donna, the person I spoke with when I booked my appointment went out of her way to make sure my experience was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for their service and friendship!! I’m 75 and probably want need their service again, but they are the very best!!!!”

“THE BEST! I worked with Steamatic to have them come clean the carpets in the college I work at. They did an AMAZING job! They were super patient with the time it takes to process a contract, they stayed in contact until I could finally move forward with their services. The crew that showed up to do the work were respectful, clean, took great care of our furniture and things, and really just did an outstanding job. We had to change a testing date last minute which conflicted, so they guys pivoted to do another floor of the building and come back after testing so the noise was quiet for test takers. They really just went over and above our expectations with their service. The carpets also look AMAZING. Our students have spilled everything from coffee to paint to heavens knows what else, and the building has been open for over ten years so the carpets looked ROUGH. I am already working on having them back out to do our tile floors! Donna in the office is such a breeze to work with regarding billing, etc. Myself nor the Dean of the college could be happier with their work. 100/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!”

“Apparent from the beginning they bit off more than they could chew. Only had 2 “full time” laborers according to employees. Which would often be split between other jobs leaving 1 person to do a job fit for 5-6. Cut corners, and took 0 pride in their work. Installed half of the drywall for an exterior wall before I corrected them, and they didn’t realize that exterior walls needed insulation. They forgot it. If you have time to sit at home and micromanage them, fine. If not, don’t trust them to do the work correctly the first time. Note: * they hired 3rd party contractors for fix the work they could not do correctly the first time* This is simply showing the pride they have in their work.”
