“I would give this company zero stars if I could. They were rude and didn’t seem to care. Came out twice in less than week for repairs. A week later my a/c went out again for the 3rd time. When I called, I seemed to be more than a bother than anything. They could not come out for 2 days and told me of that wasn’t good enough to call another company since my unit was no longer under warranty. They have had to come out almost every year since we got the unit for some kind of repair. I will never use this company for anything and will lose their number. Glad my warranty is up so I could find a better company who cares and able to repair the first time out.”

“They will not return your call no matter how many messages you leave. And good luck ever getting someone to ever answer the phone. We have needed help getting our ten year warranty and have been trying to get someone to help us for 5 mo. Now and no one will return a call. Yes we realize to 90 days they give you to get it done is over, I guess that's part of the whole plan.”
