“I highly recommend the team at Superior for their exceptional work on my recent AC installation. Maddux and Allen were incredibly professional. Navigating three stories of stairs is no easy feat, yet they handled it with a great attitude and took extra care to protect my floors with rugs and plastic, leaving the house spotless. He took the time to explain my options clearly, and his use of the Manual J calculation gave me full confidence that I was getting the right system for my home and not going over board with a system I didn’t need. Andy G was on time, professional, friendly, and did a thorough analysis/inspection. Had to do some repair work on the 20 year unit. He provided pictures of before and after, any work that was performed. I had various issues I was wanting to discuss. All questions were answered with statistical info, if applicable, and what constituted possible future improvements for consideration. No pressure tactics. He preceded each task with a verbal explanation of what he was going to do and why. Written reports at the end. I can’t ask for much more. They/he earned our trust and future business.”

“We had some issues recently with our A/C, 84 degrees on Mother’s Day. Brandon was out Monday morning, within 2 hours of my call. He was extremely professional and polite. He provided me with 3 options which I felt was fair. Our home is nice and comfy now. I’m very happy with Superior.”

“Very disappointed. So Matthew came out and did a maintenance service on my air conditioner, then replaced the capacitor. My unit worked perfectly fine before he came out and the day after he left my dining room and air conditioner crawl space was completely flooded. I called them and he came back out to look at the problem. He seemed to be bothered he had to come back, he said “well it’s not his fault” I asked him to remove the standing water, fix the leak I believe he caused, and replace the damaged insulation in the crawl space. He tore out the insulation and shop vacated out the water. He refused to walk around the building to see where the water should be going because “he doesn’t work for free” he was rude and had an attitude. He kept saying it wasn’t his fault, and I don’t work for free. Everything worked fine for 9 years until the day he left now my air conditioner floods and I have standing water in my crawl space and my home stinks of mildew. I have to call a different company to come fix it. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with their service.”
