“Hector arrived earlier than schedule. He was professional and most helpful. They will be back in the morning to finish the job. Update: after Hector came out to repair my AC unit, I subscribed to the maintenance program. He was last at my house in September. Clearly maintenance was not being done and as a result, I had to get a whole new unit put in. No one ever advised me of the mold, etc., I have called them several times to ascertain what maintenance was actually done after receiving these pictures. They have not returned my calls. I will follow up with an attorney for small claims court and the Better Business Bureau. Thank God I was able to replace it with a new unit for $10,000 with all the discounts.”
