Jon Wayne Service Company

Jon Wayne Service Company works out of Universal City, Texas, focusing on HVAC for homes in the area. The town sits northeast of San Antonio right next to Randolph Air Force Base, where a steady mix of military and civilian families rely on steady cooling through long summers. The crew handles the local demand for reliable systems that keep up when temperatures climb and base households need service that fits around duty schedules without extra delays or complications.

In this part of Texas the heat pushes air conditioners hard, so common calls involve fixing units that stop cooling mid-summer, replacing worn evaporator coils, or installing new air handlers to handle the load. Jon Wayne covers AC repairs, tune-ups, filter changes, hydrokleen cleanings, ductless mini-split installs and repairs, thermostat replacements, and zoning work. They also deal with attic insulation checks that help systems run better in older base-area homes. Crews show up with the parts and tools to diagnose low refrigerant or failing components on the first visit and finish the job without repeated callbacks.

Homeowners give the company steady marks for finishing work on time, keeping bills in line with what was quoted, and explaining repairs in plain terms so families know what happened. Quality shows up in systems that keep running after the crew leaves, and communication stays direct from the first call through the final check. Speed matters most during heat waves when people cannot wait days for a fix. DIRT Score 4.53 from 278 reviews on Finds.
