KDBS GROUP LLC

KDBS GROUP LLC operates out of Van Buren as the local crew handling HVAC work for homes across the area. They focus on keeping heating and cooling systems running through the Texas heat and occasional cold snaps that hit hard on older units. Homeowners in this part of the state deal with dust buildup from dry conditions and sudden temperature swings that strain equipment. The company takes on full system installs along with routine checks to prevent breakdowns during peak summer months when everyone needs reliable air flow. Their trucks show up ready with the parts and tools to sort out whatever the job requires without dragging things out.

Technicians handle everything from replacing worn compressors and fixing refrigerant leaks to cleaning coils and tuning up thermostats that no longer hold settings. In Van Buren they often deal with units clogged by local pollen and debris that cuts efficiency fast in the long summers. Crews arrive on time with the right gauges and gauges to diagnose issues like weak airflow or noisy fans before they turn into full failures. They walk through the options on the spot so homeowners know the cost to repair versus replace and get the work done the same day when possible. Regular maintenance visits catch small problems early and keep bills lower by making sure the system runs at full capacity through the worst weather.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up without callbacks and the pricing stays straightforward with no surprise add-ons after the first visit. Reviews highlight fast response times when units quit on the hottest days and clear explanations about what needs fixing before any tools come out. Quality shows in the way systems stay quiet and efficient afterward while communication keeps everyone updated on timelines and next steps. Price gets mentioned as fair for the level of detail put into each job. DIRT Score 4.47 from 156 reviews on Finds.

“Elite Roofing did a fantastic job repairing our hail damaged roof, gutters, and siding! Spencer coordinated all aspects of the job and kept me apprised of what would be happening and when. He helped us with picking out a shingle color (we wanted to try a different color) by showing us pictures of houses with that color and even supplying us with addresses, so we could go look at the actual house. He made everything go so smoothly, we would definitely use Elite Roofing again if we ever have a need for it.”

“We had a great experience with Elite Roofing. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. After an awful hail storm, They got our roof replaced quickly, and the crew did an excellent job. The finished roof looks great, and we really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. If you’re looking for a roofing company that does quality work and gets the job done promptly, I would definitely recommend Elite Roofing.”

“Communication was great, Matt took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. As did Dylan who came to do the post install inspection. The crew worked hard, did a great job of keeping my property clean, and took care in not damaging any of the landscaping. I would definitely recommend their services.”

“Spencer at Elite Roofing has been my go-to for every roofing project. He’s always quick to provide fair, detailed quotes and makes the whole process easy. The Elite team has done outstanding work on both shingle and metal roofs for me, and the quality always exceeds expectations. They win Best of the Best almost every year, and it’s easy to see why. Not only is their craftsmanship top-notch, but they also stand behind their work, which gives me complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, Spencer and Elite Roofing are hands down the best choice.”

“When a hail storm came through we were concerned about who to call and what to do. Hunter Hogan, as well as everyone at elite roofing, was very kind and helpful! If you are needing any help with your roof, these are the people to call! They got our roof done quick and had tons of selections to choose from.”

“Elite Roofing just replaced mine after the May hailstorm. The company has the most attentive staff and some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen in action! I have relied on them for years and NEVER been disappointed! Thank you, Elite! You earn your name time and again!”

“First ever Google review here. Elite Roofing did my roof in 2019, work was great, quick with a good clean up. However, during the next few years I noticed an excessive amount of granule loss from the shingles after big rains. Bottom line, there was a rare manufacturer defect in the shingles. Elite Roofing came out and looked at my roof, and helped me in navigating the warranty claim with the manufacturer of the shingles. As you would imagine, submitting a claim in excess of $20k is not easy and the company that makes the shingles isn't going to write those kind of checks after every little complaint that comes in. Elite Roofing and my sales Rep Spencer Collins were absolutely great throughout this entire process that played out for several months before the company finally paid out th”

“Elite has done are roof several years ago due to hail storm and once again due to another hail storm. Both times they have done a great job for the salesman Matt Greenwood to clean up. Great experience that is why I call them and no one else!”

“Elite Roofing did a great job reroofing my house after a huge hailstorm at the end of April. Their crew was quick and tidy - no mess left for me to deal with! They were respectful and a happy group of men to have around! My coordinator Matt Greenwood has gone out of his way to make this less stressful for me - dealing with my insurance company when an issue came up that my adjuster missed. Thanks Matt! I wholly recommend this company - 10 stars!”

“Working with Cody Shackleford and Elite Roofing has been a great experience from start to finish. Clear communication of the process, timely installation, thorough clean up of our property post roof installation, are just a few of the reasons why. I would highly recommend Elite Roofing.”
