“I callled Riverside because my AC unit was not cooling below 73° - 75° then the night before the call it stopped cooling all together. All I can say is they were not interested in doing a full and honest job but a half finished scam. They replaced the capacitor for $460.00 but didnt bother to check anything else. Did not check the refrigerant levels at all just the capacitor plus trying to sell me on another $900 worth of work. After all that and my house a still wont cool past 73°. When I called them back to get help it was nothing but more sales pitches and wanting me to just spend more money.
