So I saved for several years to buy a new system and after calling and getting multiple estimates I went with Wilson's. I was not only surprised but amazed by how professional and quick they were with getting it installed, the cost and end results. Of the 2 techs one of them did need better bed side manners but he was working on the outdoor system so didn't have to talk with him much. “I called the office and they were able to send a man out the next day. Their tech called and said he was on his way at 8:30 am the next day. I left work and met him at.the house. They had my home unit up and going by the time I got home with only a small hick up. They had to replace the fan motor and blade along with the capacitor. Would highly recommend”

“Customer service not where it should be. Felt I was talked to very rudely every time I talked to the office. I was told she would dispatch someone around 3:30 pm and like 2 hours later my husband called and she had never dispatched anyone. Since this was now after hours the night guy had to dispatch someone! They told us we had a major issue and it could be a week before it could be fixed. (Compressor and it would be $1000-2000) This all happened last night… Called someone for a second opinion and it is already fixed and all it needed was a new fuse and some freon.”
