“Don’t use this company for mini splits, their install was messy and leaky. The first thing to leak was the freon hose. Like I said, they don’t know mini splits but that is not what they will say. After two trips, Anthony finally tightened the hose enough to stop the freon leak, something that should not have been an issue. Second, the interior bracket started bowing because only two screws were used to secure it, causing the unit to tilt and not drain. Over 4 months, I emailed and called Anthony many times about this, each time, he emailed he would call but never did. All this, even under this company’s warranty which is not being honored. I find this absolutely unacceptable for a business. I finally called someone else to fix their installation. This is my dealing with Anthony.”
