Jeremy Whitehead A/C & Heating

Jeremy Whitehead A/C & Heating operates out of Victoria, TX as a licensed and insured contractor handling residential and commercial air conditioning and heating work. The outfit has built its presence over more than fifty years by sticking to straightforward service on systems that keep homes and businesses comfortable through the local climate. Their focus stays on HVAC tasks such as repairs, full installs, duct work, and routine maintenance rather than branching into unrelated trades. Homeowners in the area turn to them when units break down or when new equipment is needed to handle summer heat and winter cold snaps without constant issues.

Technicians handle everything from quick fixes to larger replacements while keeping jobs moving. Sean Hale showed up on a Sunday call and took time to diagnose the problem fully instead of rushing, then walked the homeowner through steps to avoid repeats. Hunter led a heat pump swap that included clear explanations of each stage and a final check to confirm everything ran right before the crew left. Other visits covered installing a Rema Halo system in minutes with mastic applied to seal the plenum, or an A/C call finished in under an hour with polite handling throughout. John Kelly helped pick the right unit features up front so the final setup matched the house needs.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up without callbacks, arrivals match the schedule even after hours, and explanations come in plain terms that make sense. Response speed and communication both score at the top level while quality of the finished jobs earns full marks for leaving systems running properly. Pricing lands at a fair mark that reflects the results delivered. DIRT Score 5.0 from 1101 reviews on Finds.

“We've been using Whitehead for plumbing for years. Finally needed them for A/C. On time, in and out in an hour. Very polite and professional. Overall, the very nicest technicians we've had to use over the years. I also think they know what they're doing or I wouldn't keep calling them.”

“Arrived as scheduled. The 2 young men were very polite and professional. Installed our new Rema Halo System in minutes and explained how it works. The fiberglass plenum was previously cut and I was worried it may not hold the device securely. When finished, they brushed on a white mastic which sealed the plenum and made it stronger. I am well pleased with the installation. Thank You!”

“I called on a Sunday, so I knew I'd be getting after hours service, however Sean Hale was so thorough with this repair. I didn't feel like he was rushing through the day just trying to get work done, he was genuine in trying to solve our issues, including an explanation on what we can do in the future. 10/10 service all around!”

“Had a home heat pump replacement by Hunter and his crew. They did an excellent installation, explaining the entire process and making sure that the system was functioning properly before they left. John Kelly was also very helpful up front in identifying the best unit and features for our home. Highly recommend the Whitehead team for their professionalism and pride in doing things right.”

“Had a great experience with Whitehead Plumbing. They were quick to respond, showed up when they said they would, and fixed a kitchen leak without any hassle. Friendly, professional, and their pricing was very reasonable. It’s hard to find all three these days, but they nailed it. Would definitely call them again.”
