“Arrived as scheduled. The 2 young men were very polite and professional. Installed our new Rema Halo System in minutes and explained how it works. The fiberglass plenum was previously cut and I was worried it may not hold the device securely. When finished, they brushed on a white mastic which sealed the plenum and made it stronger. I am well pleased with the installation. Thank You!”
