“Couldn’t get our AC fixed. Never filled out a report to submit to our home warranty. I get it, it’s the middle of the summer and he is busy… it’s the middle of the summer and our AC is out. Waited 3 weeks, multiple calls, texts… never sent the report in. Having to start the warranty process all over again. Unprofessional, unreliable.”

“Recently my home AC unit went out..both outside unit and the inside of my attic. We called several places however it was gonna take some time for anyone to come out and give us an estimate. We called Joe Cool Heating and Air Conditioning and he was able to come out and assess the unit and give us a quote for free the same day we called him!! Compared to other estimates we later received from other AC repair companies by far he was the best. He arrived on the scheduled day for installation at the scheduled time and immediately went to work. I honestly don't believe I ever saw him nor his crew take a break. They started at 8:30am and were completely done with the entire installation by 4:30pm that same day. The work quality was top notch and very neat. He even had a guy come and pick up the old unit along with any other trash and hauled it off. At the end he was very thorough with everything he had done, showed us pictures of the before and after. Very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of his work. I would strongly recommend Joe Cool Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that's needing work done to their home AC unit.”
