“I recently used Smith Services for a full air conditioning replacement along with brand new ductwork, and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I’m fairly new to town and was referred to them by a handyman—and I’m very glad I took that recommendation. Their team went above and beyond on multiple projects. On one home, they completely reworked the duct system to create more usable attic space and even rebuilt the platform where the air handler sits inside the closet. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the crew was courteous, respectful, and professional throughout. On another project—a small 950 sq. ft. home with a very shallow attic—the previous setup had an air handler installed in the attic that was nearly impossible to service. When it failed, I asked several companies if we could relocate the unit to a hall closet. Every other AC company said it couldn’t be done and insisted it had to go in the master bedroom closet. Smith Services took a different approach. They told me there was a unit that would work in the hall closet—and they made it happen. The system has been running beautifully for the past three months, and the solution worked perfectly for the space. We couldn’t be more satisfied with their work and will absolutely be using them again on another home we’re renovating in the coming months. Highly recommend. I am very picky on who I work with on my homes and I would give these guys the keys to my house. I trust and respect them very much! Please note that every other AC Company I had come out was more expensive and gave me a song and dance in regards to my installation on each one of the homes that I had Smith Services do. Smith services though came out and go, yeah this is no problem we can do it. Very straightforward approach. No Pressure. Very kind and willing to work with you as if you are family.
