“Great company, David is knowledgeable and extremely nice and honest. We have an older house and the old unit was not up to code or safe to use. He replaced our old gas furnace with an electric one and replaced the outside ac unit as well and was here most of the day with his helpers making sure everything was done right and up to code. He does whatever he can to help his customers and the one on one you get from this smaller company is nice because he gets to know his customers by name and not just a number.”

“Changed my batteries and my unit wouldn’t come on. Called Floyds and David came right over next day and knew what it was right away. Explained everything so i could understand. As soon as the part came he was over to install it and is working great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. Responds to calls and texts promptly. Very happy with them and will recommend to anyone.”

“Came and put in my AC/heater unit. Afterwords I have tried contacting him multiple times for issues with no response. I do not recommend and will never use this company again. If you’re going to have a business and someone has questions about something you did you should have the decency to answer the phone. Also note this it’s over months of messages not just once. Response to your comment: This actually has nothing to do with the electrical work I have had completed. This is in response to me asking you a question regarding the unit over the past few months and I have text proof to do this. You have never said you were voiding my warranty and that is illegal as we have a signed documentation and you are not allowed to void my warranty. Also, you did not tell me until after installation that electrical work needs to be fixed and I have done this however just because you dont like I did not use your electrician that I used mine you are not aware of this. You threatened me to come and turn my heat off at my house when it was 20 degrees outside and you were told that you will not be allowed in my house that is not bodily harm.”

“This guy did a great job and was very thorough. He recently worked on my son's ac and got it going in 5 min. I need work on mine now and then so I asked about preventive maintenance and he gave me a lot of tips I didnt know . I will definitely be using him for all my ac and heating issues in the future .”
