“We had them come to our house to do a checkup on our air conditioning. Technician was thorough, explained everything and gave advice on how to keep it running at top efficiency. We highly recommend this excellent company!”

Haught Air claimed they misplaced her info, rescheduled for the next day, and ordered a part. They set a follow-up appointment for two days later, but once again, nobody showed up. Now, Haught Air isn't answering her calls. We are beyond disappointed, and with my parents being left without A/C during a brutal heat wave is completely unacceptable.”

“Beware of the reviews saying "I love my new unit!". If they can't figure it out, they want to sell you a new unit. They sent me a quote for $7500 for a new inside unit, when the technician told me three times thet I needed a new outside unit. He also didn't have a very good poker face. It was obvious what they were trying to do. It turns out that I needed a second opinion. The guy I hired had it fixed for $180. The techs they send out are young and inexperienced. Go with a different company.”

“I do not recommend this company. They sent a very nice but very young and inexperienced boy out on Tuesday. He put in $300 worth of coolant and refused to blow out the line. My husband asked what would cause this loss of coolant since the house is only 3 years old. He said many things could. We asked if it could be a leak and he said wait and see. Yesterday it stopped working again. What makes it worse- it is July.”
