“Im new to modesto and needed AC services. Honey came up first as it has 4.9 stars and 6k reviews? Um! Yes please. I saw first hand how they earned these amazing reviews. First I had Eddy come out for my maintenance and did a great and honest job. My maintenance was over a week ago and when I went to fire up my unit for the first time since, it wasn't working. I called Honey and they had a guy out the next day and fixed a blown wire for me no charge since they were just here. It was an easy job but Bryan was kind, patient and willing to show us in great detail what happened. It was his last call of the day and you would have thought it was the Friday before his vacation because he was just so pleasant. We love Honey and feel confident in their work. What a great experience. Thank you. Have a sweet day 🥰”

“Abe was an amazing sales man. Very professional! My husband and I really enjoyed his personable demeanor. We had heard a positive review of this company from my husband’s coworker, whom recently had a whole house fan installed. My husband and I sat on the idea of setting up a consultation for a few weeks, for ourselves. This past Wednesday, we finally had our consultation. We did got off topic a few times, the consultation felt more like catching up with a friend. Abe did not try to sell us on something we didn’t want or need. He made his recommendation but gave us pricing for a few different setups. Considering our tiled roof house loves to bake us in the summer we went with an “all of the above option.” So we are now scheduled for a whole house fan, a gable fan AND some much needed insulation to be installed this coming Monday. Please note: I’ll update my review accordingly if the installation part DOESN’T exceed our expectations. (If this isn’t updated please assume all went according to plan and it was a 5 ⭐️ experience)”

“Just for fun, my air conditioner decided to go on the fritz late May. I had several companies come out and visit me for bids. After lots of research and questioning I went with the Lennox brand out of Costco, Honeys 🍯🐝Air and Solar! The process went smoothly and all the paperwork was done in one afternoon at my home 🏡. The arrangement was made to replace the old unit on my roof for the 2 days following my surgery (6/11-6/12/25). The 3 workers were wonderful and carefully protected the inside of my home, my pets all while working in the attic! I did manage to catch a few pictures of the A/C lifted by the crane 🏗️ onto my roof! 🥺 So hard to believe that I have been in my new home for almost 25 years now!”

“Honey’s Air technician, Lorenzo, called me and said he could come by early for my service appointment, which is a plus in my book. He was friendly and outgoing, and was really knowledgeable about the equipment he was working on. He answered all of my questions and gave me options on what I might want to take care of immediately, and what he thought could wait. Very good experience. I’ll ask for him again when I need more work on my HVAC system.”
