“I had a water filter system installed at my house. Ethan was my technician. He recommended a system that is mechanical and lasts many years. The installation was great. This young man followed up on every task and was very professional. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the filter system and explained how to use and maintain it. Additionally, he descaled my hot water heaters while he was here. I recommend Lochridge -Priest because of employees like Ethan.”

He identified the issue immediately and had our home cooling down within 30 minutes. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything. “The work was done well, but the prices are SKY HIGH! When you don't know any better you go with the big expensive companies, but when you get smarter you go with the smaller companies. Lochridge did my complete HVAC and it cost me almost 30k, later a reputable electrician, that i had do some work for me and did a great job, said he'd have done the same job that they did for about 14k. I had Lochridge bid on an electrical job and they added on a TON of unnecessary stuff and the bid ended up being almost 12k. The electrician i went with did the same job and charged me $1,600. Im not questioning their work or their warranties, but in the electrical bid they were going to charge me over $300 just to label my electrical panel so that it was more legible. I completely understand a company seeking profit for their skilled labor, and i most certainly do not mind paying for that, however Lochridge prioritizes that well above anything else and with a mindset so committed to profit such as that, it is easy to see that they place that far above the customer satisfaction. Did good work, but you can get just as good for a lot less if you look around. I will not return”

“Tyler, a plumber for Lochridge Priest, responded to our home to fix a rusted pipe on our water heater. Tyler was knowledgeable & efficient & did a great job. He even stuck around to make sure all of the faucets in our house were clear of sediment & flowing the way they are supposed to. Even though the price seemed kind of excessive, I was pleased with the completed work.”
