Home warranty sent this company out in the winter time and they didn't fix the fan blowing constantly, their technician said it was ok. then when it started getting hot the ac was having a hard time cooling and the fan consistently ran. My electric bill was running 20.00 a day! so we called the home warranty company and they sent out Comfort air again and they said nothing was wrong, that our evaporative coils needed to be cleaned and that wasn't covered by warranty. I asked how much and they said 450.00! That wasn't the case! we called another company out and it was a heat sequencer that went bad and was trying to work the ac and heat at the same time. It is fixed and great. Only ran 160.00 to replace. They missed it twice and tried to tell me I needed a cleaning which was 450.00. Totally unprofessional!”
