“P&E Mechanical Contractors in Waco did an outstanding job for us. Our home was built in a time when it was common to vent bathroom fans, the dryer, and the vent-a-hood into the attic, and they corrected all of it by properly ducting everything to the exterior. Even more importantly, they found and repaired multiple separated HVAC ducts in the attic—several had come loose over time, including one completely disconnected at the main air box. In total, I believe there were about five problem areas, all of which they addressed thoroughly. We also added a request to install a recessed dryer vent connection, and they handled it flawlessly. What really impressed me was their ability to replace an old dryer vent that had been nailed into the wall framing—without removing any cabinetry in the laundry room. That kind of skill and care is hard to find. Some of the work required navigating very tight attic spaces, and they handled it without issue. They were also flexible enough to split the job into two visits to coordinate with another company installing blown-in insulation, which we really appreciated. From the start, scheduling was quick and easy. Dominic, the Assistant Service Manager, was professional, friendly, and great to work with.
