“Steve and Sarah came to our rescue on a Sunday afternoon when our upstairs system stopped cooling. It was too hot up there for the kids to sleep or my husband to work from his home office. Steve and Sarah quickly came out (within an hour or two of our call) and figured out what was broken. Steve then gave us several options and helped us decide what repairs would be best for our system. After the repairs were made, they double checked to make sure the system was working properly.
