“Had a full system install some months back during the peak summer. Full inside and out gut and replace. As well as some duct work. System is running perfect, and cools and heats great. The workers that installed did a fantastic job, and were very professional and friendly. I Would highly recommend Renfro Services.”

“Full system replacement a year and a half ago. When it got cold, found out heat pump wasn't working. Called and texted all winter and always some reason or another they didn't fix it. They tried once or twice to recharge system or didn't have tools they needed and then never came back. Eventually got too warm to test heat pump further. This winter, called numerous times till finally got them to come out again. Now been a couple weeks waiting on parts. No communication from them on when they will be here. Second winter almost over on Aux heat with no resolution yet.”

“Overcharge and will tell you that things are wrong that are not. Let all the freon out of a friend's unit then charged him to repair the valve that was not broken and replace the freon. Do not use this company.”
