“Austin Schulz with Superior Air provided outstanding service. He was extremely thorough and took the time to carefully check everything instead of rushing through the visit. During the inspection, he identified vents that had been incorrectly installed by the roofer, something I would have never known otherwise. He clearly explained the issue and why it mattered. What really stood out was how much time he spent answering my questions and educating me on important maintenance and safety items to watch for. Austin is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend him and Superior Air!”

Junior and his coworker took their time to explain all the system parameters and what they meant. We all know Texas summers are hot and they insured the system was running safely and efficiently to provide the coolest air possible during the service call. They really are Superior! “Superior Air repair was just out to repair my brand new Trane A/C unit, under warranty, after they installed it less than 2 years ago. To give you some back story, We paid 15K for this installation and they completely botched it. We had to get them to come back out a handful of times to make it right. I won’t go into the small details, but multiple aspects of the system installation just weren’t right. I believe this is due to them sending an amateur technician to do the work. Fast forward to last week, our a/c stopped working, so they sent out a tech that diagnosed the fault and ordered a part. The initial diagnostic fee was $80, and I was told there would also be a warranty processing fee. This confused me, because the unit is under factory warranty, yet they’re charging me for processing a claim with the manufacturer? I also want to mention that someone was at our house the week prior to complete a routine maintenance inspection, yet noted no problems. All in all, I was charged $160 total for this “warranty repair” to replace a faulty temperature sensor, That I believe should have been soaked up by the installer, the manufacturer, or both. This feels slimy to me and I’m sour about it. So I’m telling this story to inform potential customers. Overall, I would not recommend superior air repair for any of your a/c needs.”
