“I would like to start by saying that Shelby was phenomenal over the phone; between helping me through a complete breakdown due to my house being 87 degrees and humid, to scheduling and following up midday with the service. Our AC tech, Nathan, was so kind and helpful and had us up and running in less than 45 minutes! Despite it being 4:45 after he had worked ALL DAY, he still held a smile on his face and got the work finished for us so we wouldn’t spend another night in the unbearable temperatures in the house. Shelby and Nathan both were so helpful and kind and made a bad experience much better for us. Thank you!”
