“Called to have them service our ice machine. Did not come out when they said they would. I had to call back the following week. They sent out a tech who refused to service the machine as needed. I called to report it and the woman who answered the phone apologized and said they would call out another tech. Instead the same tech came back and when I called back to ask why they sent the same person who refused to perform his duties before I was told "the owner got on to him." I was transferred to the owner who was unprofessional and did not care about the lack of service his company was providing.”

“Service tech showed up on day and time set, provided details on what was wrong, ordered part needed. Service tech informed us that part had came in and ice maker was repaired next day.”

“We've been loyal customers for two years now and just lost our business because of a woman who goes by Sandra/Sandy. She has the worst attitude and only tries to argue on the phone when calling about getting someone to come out to repair the ice machine they lease that constantly breaks. Had to buy own bags of ice and they won't reimburse. I believe she actually doesn't put in work orders out of spite. Even contacting owners gets nothing done by this poorly run family business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them and find a different company. They're nothing but a headache.”

“Came in to buy dry ice and was met with attitude right away.We greeted them, but one worker responded rudely and treated us like we was a bother.Tried to be friendly while waiting, but she clearly didn’t care.Meanwhile her male coworker greeted us and it was warmly.The difference in how I was treated was obvious.Won’t be back.”

“Sandy/Sandra is the absolute worst. She had the nerve to tell me, the customer, that she got huffy because I was being rude, which I was not. She constantly made rude remarks about her fellow employees AND my coworkers. I wish I had read these reviews before my purchase. I would give 0 stars if the review allowed. I finally hung up and ordered the necessary part from another vendor. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. PS - It should be known that I never review any business, good or bad experience. That is how terrible this place is.”
