“I called in to Blaze HVAC due to ac not working in 100 degree weather. They came right out from Greensboro to Asheboro same day. Scott was very knowledgeable, friendly and great. He had worked a long day and still was going to have to drive all the way back. He didn’t leave our home until after 8pm and made sure it was working and cooling off before he left. Prices were very reasonable. Customer Service couldn’t have been better and I think my grandson may have learned a few things along the way. Can’t start them to young. 😊 He was a patient man. I’m going to be getting their package and enrolling in their program for my own home(this was my daughters) if they haven’t told you about it….. everyone should know and use their services. You pay 24.99 a month (299.00 avg a year) and they come out twice a year to service your unit, all service calls are waived (99.00) and discounts. If you have a new or older unit, this is a great way to keep the maintenance up when it is so easy to forget. At the end of the day they ended up with two forever sets of customers and more coming. “I recently had the pleasure of acquiring the services of Blaze and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I've been experiencing issues with my HVAC system for quite some time and quite honestly have been shopping around and was not too happy with answers I was getting back from "certain unnamed" companies around the area, and then I ran into Blaze Air. The fact that they have great reviews and that they're Veteran owned caught my attention, being a Veteran myself, because I am almost assured a professional service will be conducted. Blaze sent over Mr. Dan Grinch and from the moment he arrived, Dan was professional, courteous, and respectful to the entirety of my home. He took the time to clearly explain the issues with my system in a way that was easy to understand, along with visual, physical proof of the issues. He walked me through available options his company would be able to provide without any pressure or being overbearing. Dan's expertise and attention to detail guaranteed my decision in purchasing and obtaining a new system to be installed the very next day. A team of 3 technicians consisting of Jun Cayabyab, Justin Batts and Teo Aranda arrived the promptly the following day and immediately started working on the new HVAC system components and installation. Throughout the process they made sure everything was done correctly and safely and ensured everything was running smoothly. They as well, were very respectful and courteous to my home. They were done, before end of business day and got the system up and running without fault or a hitch. At the end of it all, Dan again came back later that afternoon to check the system thoroughly and to walk me through the app download, registration of the new system and thermostat control user system. I now have a better, more energy and cost-efficient system. Thanks to these guys, they will definitely be my go-to company for any future service needs. Man, I'm "Amazed with Blaze."
