“I decided to give this business a try on the recommendation of a friend. I contacted them 14 days ago on a Wednesday. At that time was told Friday they would try to be there. NO SHOW. A week after my 1st call I called to office again and the very nice lady said she would talk to the tech. A couple days later they did call me to see if anyone was at home. Of course I wasn’t I was at work and had an appointment after work. (I did tell the office what time I got off at 2:00 and it needed to be after that.) while on the phone with the tech it was confirmed Monday at 10:00 and he would let the secretary know. Monday 10:00 came and again a NO SHOW. Come on guys I know my call wasn’t as important as some others that maybe didn’t have A/C but really you could you have worked me in between those calls. I think 14 days is a little long to wait for a service call. I did reach out to another company later that day and they could come the next day.”

They laid plastic down on our carpet as to not track in dirt and were very professional.
