“The local technician was great and thorough. Motili as the provider is horrible. They informed that they won’t even look at my claim same day despite it being an emergency repair request, and said I’ll be lucky to have my HVAC system repaired in a week. Mind you it’s June in Louisiana in heat wave. Great job guys.”

“I was a little disappointed in the arrival time of the technician. I kept getting an update on what time the tech would arrive, in total it changed 6 times over 4 hours. I think it was a glitch in their mapping tracking system. After arriving the tech was very polite and professional. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service so far.”
