“During the morning to early afternoon hours of December 1, 2025 these men working for Three D Industrial Maintenance/Three D Pavement Solutions were blowing leaves while in the parking lot of ShopRite at 8 Joyce Street, New Rochelle, NY 10801. I saw three short men wearing lime green jackets, blowing leaves using high powered machines that make a lot of noise on the ShopRite parking lot. I left my car once I saw them move to another location in the parking lot. I came back from shopping and started to back out of the parking spot when I noticed the right side mirror base was shifted and its case glass was shifted. I came out to investigate and saw pieces of leaves all about the right side of the car as well. These men hit my car while they were working and were unprofessional in that they refused to call their supervisor to the scene. This company works for the New York State MTA as a contractor to clear the leaves from the parking lot and cause damage to people’s cars while doing so. They should not be working around cars during the ShopRite’s open store hours. They have no accountability!”
