“Got same day service when my mini split went down! Technician Nick arrived in the early part of the projected window and diagnosis finished quickly. The unit is several years old but parts still under warranty!! The parts will take a few days to arrive but trust they will repair immediately upon delivery. I now see why their ratings are so good!”

“One of our units decided it was time to go on the fritz randomly! Didn't have Trane Specialist so went on the Trane website and saw all the local services. After carefully reviewing Google reviews I landed in calling American Comfort Experts and they did not disappoint. I was able to get an appointment same day, on time and professionally. Nick Rodriguez was the tech and he called to let me know his arrival time. Upon arriving he was very kind in listening to me describe the issue and hear me make the weird sounds the unit was making lol. Nick did a detailed check inside and then went to the unit outside to make sure he could find exactly what our issue was. Once identified he walked me through the problem and gave me reasonable options for a solution. The pricing was fair and his work exceeded my expectations! These costs are never not expensive but with my experience and the quality of work, it was worth it. Highly recommend American Comfort and ask for Nick!!”

“Wonderful experience. They sent a very knowledgeable veteran to my home who got the work done quickly and effectively. He made sure we opened vents that were unknowingly closed and he let us know we had mold in place so we could mitigate it. He was an Air force serviceman and still in the service, so we were happy to help employ own of our citizen warriors. Also, he was born and raised in the USA, so we were able to support American jobs. Finally, the pricing was fair and reasonable. We had two AC batteries that were out and maintenance all done for about 400 bucks. Not bad at all.”
