“The only AC company we will use. Extremely honest, accurate and quick response. Jaime was on time, figured out the problem and had it fixed fast and for a very fair price. (We have been overcharged by other companies in town that are cons).”

“James Lewis is not honest, his work ethic is horrible . He was hired to complete 3 task . One was never even started. One was incomplete .(he told me it was completecompleted before the appointment time before I was home but when I looked it hadn't been touched) , after coming back out he said complete but failed at the repair, he was in too much of a hurry to stay long enough to verify if it was repaired correctly. One was to clean the coil but all he managed to do was push dirt from top down into coil the wrong way to clean all he managed to do was clog dirt down into coil so now its covered in mold spores . please don't let this man near your house .”

“Been using this family owned company for a couple years. Anytime we've had an AC failure they show up the same day and get us fixed! Last month they installed a new inside and outside unit for us. Clean, professional, informative. Highly recommend!”

“We are building a cabin at Lake Granbury and had a problem with a mini split system we installed. One of the service lines separated and the charge was lost on the unit. I called several places, none of which would come out that day, all of which wanted $500 or more to recharge the system. On top of that, none of then could respond the same day. I suppose their big billboards and custom painted service vehicles are getting them all the business they can handle. I called Lewis Heating and Air and talked to Jamie Lewis. He was familiar with the system I had installed and said he could be there in an hour or so. True to his word he arrived in just over an hour. He tolerated the few questions I had, corrected the problem within half an hour, and was very polite. Then he charged me less than half of what others were quoting over the phone. If you need an HVAC person in the Granbury area consider giving these guys a call. I think you can trust your work to them.”

“Never had ac work done by them but one of their trucks almost ran me and my 9 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER off the road and speeding like crazy! While passing us, he almost hit us! And then we were both stopped at a red light together. They need to SLOW DOWN!!! I will remove my review when they tell me this issue has been dealt with.”
