“RJ came out today to replace our compressor. He got to work immediately, spent about three hours on the job, had to leave briefly, then returned and finished the repair a few hours later. It was a tough job—our system is clearly not easy to work on—but RJ stayed with it until it was done right. We now have both heat and air restored. RJ was courteous, thorough, and apologetic about the delays. He’s also the technician who handles our twice-a-year maintenance, so I was glad to see it was RJ who came back to do the compressor replacement. Solid work from start to finish.”
