“Mark W. was our service technician after we lost power during a storm, and he did an excellent job. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and took the time to explain what he found. In addition to resolving the immediate problem, he provided helpful advice to protect our home and improve its longevity moving forward. We really appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!”

“I contacted Hobson - Comfort Experts around 11am today, on a day where the streets were icy, and Daniel arrived by 3pm. He diagnosed the issue with the water heater; basically the water heater was shot! He had another water heater delivered, had the old water heater removed, and the new one installed and running by 4:30 PM. Daniel was very professional, and provided all the information that I needed to make a decision on purchasing a new water heater. Great job!”

“I'm posting this public review because I simply didn't have the time to engage in a civil suit against Hobson Heating and AC. Listen folks, if you are not an air conditioning expert, will take advantage of you. I have a lot of skills but air conditioning is not one of them. This is why I rely on knowledgeable experts. Unfortunately, several years ago Hobson heating and AC AKA Comfort Experts came out to my residence and sold me almost $700 in coolant. They charged me by the ounce. Little did I know at the time that this is highly inappropriate and it should be charged by the pound. Additionally, the coolant they charged me was not even necessary. They actually overcharged my system by several pounds and caused damage to my system requiring a $2,000 repair. Fortunately, Tuffy's was able to come back out and has since then recovered my system. When I contacted hobsons AKA Comfort Experts to address the matter the supervisor on duty effectively laughed at me and said that was my problem if I didn't realize that it should be charged by the pound and not the ounce. Not only did they do an inappropriate "repair" but they scammed me at the same time. Putting your faith and trust in Hobson's is a grave mistake unless of course you just have thousands of dollars sitting around that you don't mind pissing away. Be extremely careful with these people.”
