“I don't know about you, but it seems like a rare gem when you find a company that embraces old school values of excellent customer service. Petra is one of these gems. We have been Petra customers for years and years, and honestly, you couldn't get us to pick a different company. Every time they show up, they are professional, on time, and do quality work. We completely trust them. Additionally, they are so customer-focused vs profit focused. I have asked them multiple times if it's time to replace my furnace or hot water tank. They always take the time to explain to me the pros and cons of any work and have always encouraged me to maintain my current systems and make costly upgrades only when truly necessary. Additionally, they offer a maintenance plan where they come out and check your systems on a yearly basis. The plan is affordable and catches small problems early thus preventing unexpected and significant repairs. “From beginning to end, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Petra for our new super-efficient heat pump and air handler installation! The efficiency is so high, we no longer needed backup electric heat strips in the air handler. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to interact with. We especially appreciated Jon and Rick for the installation, which was tricky to fit into a small closet where the old furnace was. They answered all of our questions and complimented us on the structure we built for them to attach the heat pump line set to from the yard to the house.
