“My AC was not keeping the temperature set, going 5 degrees higher and constantly running. I called to get it checked out after hours, no emergency cost just standard fee. Al was able to figure out the problem within 10 minutes. He explained everything and noted he would make calls in the morning to get the part. Update: Al was able to get the part for my AC unit quickly. Al was very pleasant to work with. He worked fast and ensured the AC was back up and running. “I had an intermittent problem with the blower motor on my indoor unit. The blower would sometimes not come on when the unit started running. I called a heating and air repair company that I had used in the past but they were unable to come out so they referred me to Al. He called me very quickly and told me he could come out later in the day. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem very quickly. The fan capacitor was bad. Since my unit is 25 years old, I decided it would be best to replace the capacitor, motor, and relay. Al had everything he needed to do the job in his truck.
