“McCann Services Inc. has been a lifesaver for us. After receiving what turned out to be a suspiciously erroneous diagnosis by our previous longtime HVAC provider (who told us we were looking at an expense between $5,000 and $15,000), McCann correctly diagnosed what turned out to be a minor issue that cost us less than $250. We immediately terminated what had been a yearslong relationship and signed up for a service agreement with McCann. Special kudos to Andy, the technician who correctly identified the problem and was recently at our home for the first of our twice-yearly check-ups on the system. We HIGHLY recommend this company!”
