He carefully inspected our home room by room, checked everything outside, and took the time to explain every detail of the quote. We were also impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule and install our new air conditioning units. The installation team, Justin and David, were absolutely fantastic! “Our annual AC maintenance check up was due, and Mike Graham was on it (thank goodness, because I can barely remember appts without putting them in my calendar). The technician, Daniel, came out to perform the check and he was super nice. Very informational, not overly pushy when offering services/extras that we don't necessarily need right now, and ensured that I stayed in the know while he was conducting the check on our unit. We have their membership where they come and check your HVAC unit twice a year for $12.50 a month; if you don't have that, you're missing out!”
