“Was very disgruntled by my property management company/emergency after hours maintenance,for their lack of emergency handling an emergency HVAC maintenance request over the weekend when my AC had stopped working Saturday afternoon. I submitted an emergency request Sunday afternoon once it became too hot in the house. Monday morning came and it was finally assigned to somebody and I called the number attached to the request not realizing that he was not my property management company, but the third-party company they use for HVAC, who confirmed that they do have weekend and after hours technicians, but they never received a notice over the weekend. My property management company did not let him know that it was an emergency so he just put it on his schedule. But after speaking to him, he rearranged his morning and had someone at my house within the hour. They are currently here fixing things and I am very grateful. They’ve been nothing but kind, courteous and professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”
