“Mark Russell He installed our air conditioner heater He is awesome. He always comes whenever needed to service. He’s the nicest service man. He’s always on time couldn’t say anything Bad about him he always shows courtesy. He’s just awesome phenomenal. He’s been servicing our unit for 10 years I would never use anyone else, but Mark Russell with Redhawk thank you for all your service you’ve been giving me for 10 years mark”

“My air conditioner had been leaking Freon for some time. My neighbor has a Lennox system so I searched for a dealer. I found Redhawk and inquired about repair or replacement. It was a Thursday and Mr. Mark Russell came out that afternoon. He helped me decide on a new system. He said they would install a new system the next Thursday. Friday morning I received a call from Redhawk someone was on the way. Mr. Russell came and installed Freon to get us comfortably by until Thursday. (No charge). He came the next Thursday and installed a new system in about three hours. I highly recommend Redhawk and you will like Mr. Russell.”

I got a second opinion w Redhawk heating and air and Mr. Russell found that my unit needed Freon and sealer for a small leak. Folks the compressor was fine!
