“Technician, William, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained problem I was having with drainage flow after installation of new compressor. He repaired and made sure it was fully operational before he left. . Excellent technician. Highly recommend his expertise and service.”

“Being courteous, Emanuel text me that he was on his way. Upon arriving, he politely re-introduced himself. I have a maintenance subscription with Smith Thompson HVAC and Emanuel has previously maintained the system at our house. He checked the A/C system in the attic. The recent rain soaked the ground but did not deter Emanuel from examining the outdoor compressor. It was low on refrigerant. He reported his findings to me to authorized the needed work. He discussed possibilities and charges. I appreciate the detailed descriptions of his findings. I authorized what needed to be done and the A/C is running better and ready for the hot Summer. It was a simple fix. He is thoughtful, does clean work, considers possibilities, and covered his shoes before entering the house. Thank you Emanuel! You are an excellent technician!”
