“Dr Arakal himself is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better doctor! His office however is extremely difficult to work with, time doesn’t matter to them. I had a major thoracic surgery and 5 weeks post op my pain is still unbearable at times and having allergic reaction to meds and tell them and still 5 days later waiting for a response it’s a bit unprofessional! Dr. Arakal is absolutely amazing it’s the staff and the Medical city Plano hospital I have the issues with! I have a law suit pending on that hospital due to negligence!”

“Paid $30k out of pocket for artificial disc replacement in neck. Pain never left. Was told "this is the same surgery they gave to Peyton Manning". No follow up. No PT. Then 10 years after the fact i had an MRI done only to find out that was a waste of money too bc there were "remnants" left behind from the surgery (MRI was a blur). Called Arakal's office to ask what that meant. Left a message. Then the guy called me back, berated me for not having insurance (by choice) and then HE SENT ME A BILL FOR THE PHONE CALL! He called me! I didn't ask him to I just wanted to know about the remnants from his staff or literally anyone. I have called them 3 times about this ridiculous bill. They keep sending it. I will likely end up having to pay to dispute on my credit. TBI is overpriced and not as good as they think they are. Try Carrell Clinic in Frisco instead.”
