About

Season Master Services runs HVAC work for homes and businesses around Wichita Falls. They take on air conditioning and heating jobs plus mechanical and plumbing tie ins from their location on Elm Street. The outfit stays open weekdays from nine in the morning until five and closes on weekends. No owner name shows up in the details but the crew handles both residential and commercial calls as listed on their profile.

Customers mention repairs on rental houses where the team spots the trouble fast and gets it sorted without extra runs. Tim and the crew handled multiple fixes on one property and kept costs down by solving things right the first time. Another job involved a water leak that nearly turned bad and they stepped in to stop it. On a hot Friday night when the system died Tony Smith picked up the phone at two in the morning and lined up a technician to head out instead of leaving the caller waiting.

Work shows up with straight talk on prices that one customer called reasonable next to other names in town. Calls during off hours got answered in at least one case but estimates for larger projects sometimes dragged with repeated follow ups needed before any reply came back. Service stays local to Wichita Falls and sticks to the posted weekday schedule without weekend availability noted anywhere.

The Google mark lands at 4.4 stars from five reviews with praise for quick problem solving mixed against complaints about slow or missing responses on estimates. Recurring notes cover honest pricing on small jobs and frustration when bigger ones get dropped without notice. DIRT Score 3.1 from 5 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

“Tim and the guys are great. They have done a ton of repairs on rental home I bought and they always seem to find the problem quickly and fix it. Huge time and money saver. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Way better than James Lane and Fergie V. Reasonable and honest... hard to find today!”

Leroy Johnston

“These guys are outstanding!”

“Extremely disappointing customer service. Season Master Services came out to my apartment building to look at a project and provide an estimate. After the visit, I heard absolutely nothing back. I followed up repeatedly for weeks trying to get an update on the estimate. I spoke with several different people and kept getting nowhere. Eventually, after weeks of chasing them, I was finally told they simply weren't interested in doing the job. That's completely fine—not every contractor wants every job. What isn't fine is coming out to look at a project, then ghosting a potential customer instead of simply saying, "Thanks for the opportunity, but we're going to pass." There was no explanation and no communication. They just left me waiting and following up for weeks for an estimate they apparently had no intention of providing. A 30-second phone call, text or email would have handled this professionally and saved everyone time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Season Master Services if you value communication, professionalism, or basic follow-through.”

“Late Friday night….. over 90 degrees out…. and our HVAC stopped working. Of course it would happen on. Friday night!!!!! I tried everything to get it working again, but it would not. I was going to just wait until Saturday morning and try to leave a message on Season Master Services voicemail. They had helped us with a near disastrous water leak just a month ago. At 2:00 am we decided to leave our message right away and not wait until morning. At the second ring, Tony Smith ANSWERED THE CALL!. I apologized for calling so early but I thought I would just get their voicemail. Tony was very nice and just told me it was definitely not a problem. He promised to get a technician out to our house ASAP in the morning. He called at 7:15 am to tell us he was contacting one of their technicians and would let us know when they could get here. It wasn’t long before we received a text from Jordan Smith making sure we knew that would have a technician to us very soon. Then we received a message from Michael, their technicians, telling us he was on his way. When Michael arrived we realized that he was one of the technicians who had helped with our previous water leak. He was able to immediately ”
