About

Texoma Heating & Air Inc runs an HVAC operation based in Wichita County, Texas, right around Wichita Falls. They take on heating and cooling work for homes and properties in the area where summers push past 100 degrees and winters bring sudden cold fronts that test older systems. The crew deals with everything from emergency breakdowns to full equipment swaps on units that have run for decades. Local homeowners call them when compressors seize or wiring burns out, and the business keeps trucks rolling to cover the county without much delay. They stick to practical fixes that match the tough climate conditions around here.

The team shows up for jobs like replacing a 20-year-old air conditioner that failed during a brutal heatwave, with a tech arriving within a couple hours to check the seized compressor and point out the burnt wiring that caused the shutdown. They quote a new high-efficiency unit on the spot and get it running the same day in many cases. Customers mention courteous visits where the crew explains options clearly and handles repairs without dragging things out, whether it is a quick fix on a furnace or a complete installation after the old one quits. They focus on getting the system back online fast so houses stay comfortable through the worst weather swings.

Homeowners keep noting the fast arrivals during peak heat and the solid quality of the work that keeps units running afterward, along with honest talk about costs and what actually needs fixing instead of upsells. Speed stands out in emergency calls, quality shows in repairs that hold up, and communication comes across as direct without runaround. These points add up across the feedback even when some jobs take longer. DIRT Score 3.23 from 30 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Our 20-year-old AC gasped its last breath during a 100-degree heatwave. Called at 8 AM, and a tech was here by 10:30! Diagnosed a completely seized compressor within minutes, explained why replacement was the only option (showed me the burnt wiring!), and had a new high-efficiency unit quoted, approved, and scheduled for install within 48 hours. The install crew worked through the weekend heat without complaint. Absolute lifesavers!"

I’ve dealt with several HVAC companies, but Heating & Air Conditioning Inc stands out for their honesty and attention to detail. They were courteous, efficient, and really knew their stuff.

During a heat wave, Heating & Air Conditioning Inc came to our rescue! Excellent repair job and same-day service. The technician was kind and professional. Our go-to HVAC specialists these days are Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.

Took almost 2 months to finally get someone to answer the phone, the woman was extremely rude and kept saying she was on the road and it would be at least a couple weeks before they could send someone out. Due to their lack of returning calls the compressor on the unit their company installed with extended warranty went out which is costing a couple thousands on electrical and AC repairs that could have been avoided if they valued their customers and company. Only positive in this all is that Rudd backs their warranty and will replace the compressor. But even with that hiring a different company to install it comes with extra costs that would have been avoided if Texoma Heating & Air truly backed the products and service they provide. What use to be a reputable company has gone to $$it in the last couple years and it shows in their reviews and their lack of response.

I had placed a service request with my Home Warranty on Friday and they assigned me to this company. After calling their company they mentioned that they would try their best to show up to diagnose my HVAC problem but did not guarantee due to my Home Warranty didn’t cover overtime or weekends. I completely understood their comment. Weekend passed and I called on Monday to ask if we could set an appointment for them to come out. The receptionist said that they could come out Wednesday and that they would give me a call to schedule the time on that day. Since, three days passed and my unit was still working I agreed. Today, Wednesday, I was expecting a call and to my disappointment they didn’t call. I had to call my Home Warranty to cancel this request and provide me a new service provider.
