He was very professional and communicated well. from the first consultation to finished product in 4 days. I would recommend his company to everyone and will continue to use them for regular maintenance of my well.”

I contacted them last night and let them know what was going on and I spoke to Zack. He Told me he’d move me to the top of the list and be out by 8:30 in the morning and followed through at exactly the right time, very fair and honest estimate was given after they checked out the well. “If you’re in Northwest Houston, Tomball, or Navasota and need well work, stop looking and call B&E Water Well Services. These guys are the gold standard. They installed our pump and well perfectly, but what happened three years later is why I’ll never go anywhere else. When our well ran dry due to the local area growth, B&E showed up—without us even asking—with a 1,000-gallon tank of water to bridge the gap until a new well could be finished. You just don't find that kind of proactive service anymore. Five stars isn't enough.”
